I’m a Consultant with 10+ years of experience in management consulting and continuous improvement. With experience in public and private companies, as well as large and small businesses, I’m proud of the successes I’ve brought my clients to achieve. Experienced in organizational restructuring and realignment of business resources and designing processes to effectively manage strategic, financial, and operational risk. Was a COO for 4 years with Trademark Universal Stone, A small business of 90 people doing 60+ installations per week, both commercial and residential.

Here are some of my highlight accomplishments throughout my career:

Capitalizing on lean practices, coached clients at Eagle Family Foods to 12MM in annualized savings. Leveraging line balancing, resource loading, and capacity management he worked with plant and area managers to achieve these savings. Overall, increased the throughput at the site by 46%.

As a COO at Trademark Universal stone, guided his team in increasing revenue from $8MM per year to $11MM per year. Through lean practices and capacity management reduced COGS by 27%. Reduced waste, reduced machine downtime, and increased inventory turns by 10-12%

As a small business consultant improved on-time delivery with Patco Industries, increased inventory turns and guided the owner and general manager to increase revenues from $300k per year to $3MM per year.  SMED implementation, resource loading, production scheduling, improved changeovers, all helped to increase throughput and invoicing.

As a junior management consultant, guided a site for Whitehall Specialties through the plant manager toward increasing throughput by 20%, and simultaneously increasing adherence to quality metrics from 87% to 98%. By driving daily schedule control and real-time reporting, decreased the number of bad batches while decreasing packing time.
